At the base of the residential towers is a stunning glazed three-storey podium that will house a variety of exciting occupiers and amenities.

It is anticipated that the ground floor will offer a selection of well known coffee bars, convenience and niche shopping alongside national fashion retailers, whilst above there will be extensive specialist and regional food courts with relaxed restaurants and cafes.
